Russ and his team are just the best there is. We have been coming to Orem's for 20+ years. We have had all of our cars/our kid's cars over those years serviced by Orem's. We would never take a chance anywhere else. Russ is a straight shooter who knows every inch of a car. He's trustworthy and honest and we have referred folks to him over the years. While we could certainly find a closer, more convenient garage to use, we will undoubtedly continue to entrust our vehicles to Orem's garage.

In this day and age when there are so many scam artists, it is refreshing to be able to do business with a company, especially a car repair garage, that you know is honest and dependable. I have been doing business with Orem's Garage for a number of years and have never had a problem with their service. They are fair and they know what they are doing. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone. I want Orems to succeed because if they don't, I'm going to have to look for another garage that has an owner with integrity. And, they are not always so easy to find.

Our family has put our trust (and the driving safety of our family) in Russ' hands for 20 years. For us, there is no one else. You won't find someone who has more integrity or a greater sense of fairness. We've recently moved from Baltimore to Montgomery County and still drive out of our way to visit our "family" on Pulaski Highway in Rosedale. He has built a thriving business through word of mouth that has always started and ended with taking care of someone the way he would want to be taken care of. The guys from Orem's actually came to my house, jump started my vehicle, and brought it back to their shop to replace the battery. Of course it had to be a cold snowy day.... I was out of state and the wife would have been stranded. While I wouldn't expect Russ to do this in all situations, it shows the level of integrity and good service that this shop represents. I completely trust that when they say it's broke...it's broke! The prices are more than fair and the quality of work has been excellent at this auatomotive repair shop!
